I think it's the stock GT-Four wing. You can prolly get it from any dealership and maybe in the U.S.

I haven't seen that one before.. I always thought GT4's came with the riser blocks..
but that looks a lot like the Z-Glide style:

I don't think it is the GT-4 wing cause it is one piece and it has a third brake light, the GT-4 doesnt.

A few possbilities.
It's the same as the GT-FOUR spoiler blocks which is why I believe it is an AFTERMARKET oem replica two post spoiler with an LED brake light (they do exist) with GT4 blocks molded to it. looks like he molded the blocks to the spoiler. since its got a brake light, its probably from a coupe or something custom/aftermarket.

That is not a GT4 wing. I have never seen it. Must be aftermarket - probably for another car.

how about riser blocks and the stock 2 post, but u have them molded together? so no seam shows......maybe? and as long as ur molding the risers to the wing u could probally fiberglass in a tail light.
