no it won't work
there is a science to this 4age heads work on a 7afe block because its an A series motor 7"A"fe denotes the head where as in 3sgte there is an "S" not an "A" so it will not work a 3"S"gte head will fit on a 5"S"fe block |

4age (16v) heads work well on 7afe's someone here has one putting down over 300whp turbo..now the 20v 4age head is extremly hard to the 16v head. The 3sgte head can only be put on the 5sfe making it a 5sge or te turbo or not.'
