Hey guys. Wanted to ask your opinion on one troubling issue with my Celica..
When I’m going below 20mph over bumps, I feel dull Clunk/Knock noise coming from below my feet (and passenger's too). Such noise disappears over 20-25 mph. Have asked some people about this, but keep getting different opinions. When I lifted front side to check brake pads, couple of small pieces of red rubber/foam/plastic material fell off. My guess is - bump stops. Another thing is, when I release the clutch roughly (usually on the 2nd gear) I sometimes feel a noise coming from below my feet, sort of a "kick". Feels like something is loose... Or could both noises be cause by same fault??? I'm pretty sure shocks work fine. Was difficult to test tho cos they are very stiff - Super strut suspensions. Would appreciate any views on this issue. Thanks in advance! Taras -------------------- TRD -ST205- |
