hi guy i spoke to some of yous before on this subject theres just a few things i need to clarify
Firstly i looked at this forum on the problem http://www.gt4dc.co.uk/website/howtos/st205_code54.php The forum explains it fine but the bit im stumped on is where they do the wiring on the plug in persuming that they would wire it in that way then connect it onto the plug on the front loom and this would fool the ecu? am i right if so this is where my problem lies as i dont have the plug that the pump plug connects to as it is on the front loom and when i done my conversion the front loom wasnt changed. so really i need another way to do it am i right? or am i just reading this wrong? All i have is the pump and the plug with the 5 wires as in the diagram on the link i do not have a connecting plug on the car Any help is greatly appreciated |

I ran the leads from the intercooler and spliced it into the proper wires that feed back to the ecu. I believe it was 4 and ground. I have not had a code since....

are you trying to get the pump to work without the harness connector and relay box, or are you trying to bypass the pump and fool the ECU?
