I think that maybe the foam is 2 component poyurethane foam....maybe?? Either way, thats a great contribution, doggy....my brother and i are pretty artistic, so if i ever decide that i want a bodykit we could design one and ill use your instructions to help make it. wink.gif Thanks again, doggy

Could you possibly use that "stuff" its like foam in a spray can you use to fill cracks and holes in walls. I know it would be a firm base i just dont know how it would hold up when trying to shape it. Let me know if you know what im talking about and if you think it would work. Better yet if someone has some lying around maybe you could try it.

He he, i tryed this one before biggrin.gif It works! It is called Makroflex or something smile.gif It really works, but it dryes a whole life (24h to dry), and it is melting if epoxy resin gets over it frown.gif...

But practicly its the same thing as the 2 component polyurethane foam but the difference between them is that second one not melts due to epoxy resin, and it is mixed from 2 components (hardner and the base).

Try search www.google.com on polyurethane foam, maybe youll find somthing useful wink.gif

Bought some aliuminium stripes, polished them, drilled holes in the bumper and glued them smile.gif
