this is my first time posting on 6gc and thanks to all the sticky and how-tos I am now able to begin putting my gt-four conversion together. The only thing left is the nuts for the hood grill, bulge, and ornament assembly. I tried Home Depot to see if there is any nut that will fit, but after buying a couple and try fitting, it was a failure. So the last resort is to post this thread. I'm hoping someone here might be able to tell me the size for the nut, or maybe the part number so that I can get it at the Dealer. Thanks in advance.

The main hood grille are M5 X .8, a 10-32 sae is almost identical
in size and pitch, just a little smaller, it would be too tight, but easily
mistaken for the metric.

I haven't got it yet. I should have it Thursday. I'll measure it
when I do. I would like to see a list of fasteners added to the
parts sticky, maybe I'll try to compile one as I go. smile.gif

here it is... it's everything you need for the conversion including fasteners, nuts, clips, etc.
mods, it would be nice to add these to the sticky...

I got all mine hooked up at Home Depot this last weekend. I wish I still had the sizes but 97lest yousay was right. For the Bulge you will nee M6 bolts - the shortest you can find and then you will need some spacers. That was the tricky part. The rear vents are are the same setup as the big main vent. You will also need washers for all of the above.

I don't know about you guys, but when I was putting all those little bolts together I was nervous, stressed and excited like no tomorrow, its like the last little steps just before you can take a few step back and look at the car, after everything's done smile.gif
