Tom's lip is plastic, and i see from the pics - basicly no modifications needed to fit it on the bumper. One thing looks strange to me kinda, and i would deff cut the center top part witch goes on top of the bumper to just somehow suit the bumper more, cuz now you can clearly see that this lip wasnt designed for th "4" bumper...

the side-vents don't look right, i'd fill that vent under the front blinker -R -------------------- ROM-23L 67 + 76 = 143
