I have a 1994 Celica GT, automatic transmission, 2.2L
I'm having a problem where my car will start and run for a little while, then the engine will die. When I try to restart the car, it will not start for a few minutes, then start again and die again. I checked for spark when the car won't start and there is NO SPARK. I had the distributor cap, rotor, wires, spark plugs, and ignitor replaced with new parts. I still have the same problem. Should I try having the distributor coil changed next? or are there other suggestions? Someone had told me that the distributor coil on my car is internal. Thanks in advance.
