no way i had a 1990 240sx and it had the SOHC engine ka24e. that **** was fast. its ALMOST the same but 240 is more torquey cause its a truck engine. i miss my old 240sx.. :[
o get some road brain from a chick and youll drive faster LOL |

If you really think it was fast, you have not been in a fast car. The KA24(D)E motor may be a truck motor, but the 5sfe is a midsized sedan motor. -------------------- Live Free, Be Happy

i duno my 240sx felt faster than my celica. i liked the 240sx more cause it had more available parts. people have SOHC KA24E engines that are 700hp+ KA-T.org

I have driven a 240sx with a KA20DE, and KA20DET, and they really aren't that fast stock. The turbo even had some mods and I could hang right with him until about 5k rpm. And it doesn't really matter because like I said, they are comparable motors with equal potential. High torque lower hp motors. -------------------- Live Free, Be Happy
