Right i had my car in the mechanics so they could replace my gearbox & clutch after my box locking up the other week & nearly killing me

All fixed now & runs ace........................except when i hold a constant speed ie 40mph the car kicks. When i say kicks i mean like a misfire but in the sense u can feel it do a small lurch every few seconds but only slight but enough to feel it.
It ticks over perfect at about 800rpm as always & accelerates fine aswell.

HELP
