I've searched the forums and couldnt find any answers to this question:

Do KYB Front Sealed Shocks (334378 Front Right & 334379 Front Left) fit on the 1994's? The KYB catalog shows 95-99 only for the front sealed shock models and inserts for 94-99.

I think it depends on what type of suspension you have, you need to check your suspension first to find out. If you have the sealed struts then you have the sports suspension, you will definitely need to get the KYB with full strut housing. I forgot the part number though, but I think the year of the car don't matter.

If your looking for OEM, you can order from a dealer, but you can get KYB's that comes with both insert and housing. I believe part #'s are 334378 and 334379. I have a GT and I have these parts installed, can someone confirm if these fit in an ST? Just trying to help out guys.

the boots are suppose to block any dirt from getting in the strut or shock

dirt will wear your shock down quicker, so you might as well invest in $10-20 a boot

I called up KYB and they said that the sealed shock DO fit the 1994 ST.

Call up your local Toyota parts department first to confirm your car (by VIN #) has the following OE numbers:

Left - 48520-80045
Right - 48510-80219

If so you can use the sealed struts that KYB offers for '95's.
