well hello everyone, i just got my 94 celica a few months ago and finally decided to put some money into it.
just to warn you, i know very little about cars, so needless to say, i need some help. i was planning on just replacing the spark plugs/filters/other basics with others with better performance/quality right now, and then when i get some more money saved up, i'll move on to turbo.
Other than spark plugs and filters, what else should i replace? If anybody has a favored brand please let me know. Thank You.

just do a full tune up while you're at it, cap and rotor, not too hard to change just unscrew an screw back on. ignition wires, filters like you said, and sparplugs. i think that should be good for now.

you might also want to check your timing belt or get it checked if its beyond your skill level. It should be replaced every 60k miles cause if it breaks you will be what I call "up sh*& creek with no paddle and a bad leak in the boat" tongue.gif
