Well I was hoping to avoid the $200+ range for the struts, but doesn't look like that's happening anytime soon. So, I just need to know if I'm ordering the right parts..

KYB GR2 series 334126 334126 1 $58.63 $58.63
KYB GR2 series 334125 334125 1 $58.63 $58.63
KYB GR2 series 334378 334378 1 $58.17 $58.17
KYB GR2 series 334379 334379 1 $58.17 $58.17
Subtotal:
Shipping & Handling - UPS Ground:
Grand Total: $233.60
$23.24
$256.84

Would hate to order the parts and then "oops" wrong ones tongue.gif. BTW, that is all four of them sealed (should be) from www.kybshocksonline.com (which took me to sparkplugs.com for check out)..I know the subjects been covered many times before, but you can never be too sure.

I was going to pick them up from schucks, but they wanted $90/each strut...this is only $60/strut.

See I thought about ebay. But some of them don't get specific enouph (sealed or rebuildable) and ebay is kind of a gamble b/c it might seem like a deal but you can easily get screwed.

I haven't looked these up on ebay latley but when I did mine all the ones for sale were for the non sealed fronts and sealed rears. I think i paid about that for mine, maybe a little less (shipping of course will vary) from another website. I can't remember at the moment what that site is but i'll try to find it for you...

Yeah they have sealed, that is where i got mine and mine are seald. I'm not sure what the part number for the sealed ones are but when you select your car (make, model, year) it should give you the ones that will work. I would double check the parts numbers tho. i'll try and look it up, it should be somewhere on this site...

it's cool, I got the #'s from the other site. I'll check the ones on iportrp.com and see if they match.

These look like they are the correct part numbers for the sealed struts. The part number for the insert is 365092.

I see you already ordered... anyway I was just gonna say I've found them both sealed and cartridges for the front on eBay, there's about a $20 difference.

I'll look up that site you ordered off of too though, I need shocks too.

someone else on here a few weeks back ordered off eBay, BTW, I asked and he said his experience was good and he got exactly what he'd ordered. I'd have to search the threads though, but I posted in it too.

yep needed them...and eventually going to lower the car too. Probably a 1.25" or 1.5" drop, cause I know lots of people recommend not going any lower with KYB's, plus the roads up here are crappy, soo..

do I need the cartridges too? I havn't looked to see how my originalls are, but would you say I should get some new ones as well?

And yeah, once I get them and install, (if you havn't already) I can let you know how they are.

what do you mean by cartridges? You mean the mounts? If you mean the mounts you probably wont need them unless they are cracked. i would however recommend greasing them. I didn't and mine make a slight creeking noise when i go over speed bumps. I regret not doing that...I would also recommend getting the rubber piece that sits on the strut itself. These will probably cracked, hard, and possibly ripped.

^^^ I double checked the part #'s compared with kybshockonline.com (something like that) and they are a match, so I'm hoping they are the right ones, if not it's false advertisement and I'll send them back. But they should be the same, it might be that they just used different pics or something.(that's not uncommon)

Recieved my GR2's today smile.gif Too bad I only noticed they had been dropped off only as I was leaving for work, so I couldn't take a look at them until just a little bit ago. Here is what I found:

IPB Image

Only problem I see is thier packaging could be better frown.gif
IPB Image

But it was very fast delivery, I mean the money went through this morning and I ended up getting them to my house before 3pm smile.gif

only one question..Did I get all the right ones? b/c I thought the fronts were supposed to look a little different then the rears, but they all look the same...Do these ones looked sealed to you guys? I'm pretty sure, just need clarification.
