Ok problem is now solved, the car wasn't properly grounded.
My next problem is that the check engine light does not come on when i turn on the ignition. I checked the fuse and it's ok. I don't think the ECU is not powering up. Are the any wires to check to make sure the power to the ecu is properly connected? Another question, what is the black with orange strip wire coming out from the fuse box in the engine bay?
