Took a bit of persuading, but finally all done and dusted.. and lets just say it was a bit more than 40mm... :lol: quite a BIT more!!
before pics....   after...       If anyone is looking to lower a vert, just know the rear struts are NOT accessible from the boot/trunk!! If you lift the undercarriage to the roof compartment you'll find them hiding under there. The anti-roll bar links were a pain in the a$$ but finally got there!!
