Sorry to say I'm selling the celi to my dad....... at least I'll still see it and it will stay in the family. I just went out and bought a 2002 Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder GT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Tell me what you think of her.

DSM = 1st/2nd gen eclipse, early 3000gt, Starion, and a couple other. Diamond Star Motors disbanded in the 90's. You're car is not DSM.

Nice ride, I also own a 2001 Eclipse Convertible (in addition to my Celica) However, As a public service announcement I feel I can say this because I own one...please check out google for mitsubishi issues. There are many many consistent issues with these vehicles. Of all the problems I read other people having I experienced fact for fact about 2/3 of them. Once they are repaired, the ride is nice. Love the color. |

200 HP out of a 3.0L V6 that weighs 3263Lbs...Only 40% of the parts are from overseas...
0-60 in 8 seconds and only a 16 second 1/4 mile time...huge 16.4G tank Basically you're driving a 2 door DIAMANTE. I'll stick with my 215hp 6-speed GT-S that can pop 0-60 in less than 6 seconds,weighs 2500lbs and runs high 13's,low 14's... Not to be hatin' but... FFS you shouldda stayed JDM! Anyway, nice car. Very pretty. IDK about mechanical issues w/newer Eclipses, it's my understanding they're much better made than they were 10 years ago.
