YES YES!!! On October 11th, Im planning a meet to go to Irwindale for the Formula D FINALS! This gives us lots of time to plan out and save money before the meet!
We will meet (for those who want to caravan) at my job at Claremont Toyota www.claremonttoyota.com and leave there EXACTLY at 5 p.m.
Im pretty sure the entrance fee has changed to $30. For those who are new and want to go, just go ahead and pm me for my address and number if you need it. Were trying to get at least 10or more people to come! www.formulad.com

So there might be some changes...due to the fact that i now work at TOYOTA and I have to work on SATURDAYS.......so i thought that since formula d starts at 2pm and ends at 10pm, and i get off at 5 pm. we should all meet up at my job at TOYOTA!!! like at 5! so its also a little bit eaiser to find because it says "CLAREMONT TOYOTA" when you pass the 10 freeway! and then we can take a couple of pics before we caravan to Formula D. Does that Sound good for everyone??!! oh yeah and before we leave from toyota theres a chevron right next to it if we need to go get gas just in case..Thanks!

YES! Because I only put Chevron Gas! WOOO! well I guess 3 hours later isn't that bad. I bet we will pass up a long wait getting in too. They better have some eats there! I know my azz will be hungraaaaaaaaaaaay!

i was thinking about going, but there is a rallyx that day, thus will not be able to make formula d. why watch other people get sideways when i can do it in the dirt? have fun and take lots of pictures.

Man that sucks, I was really looking forward to meeting you too! Remember?! We talked about you coming to a MEET?! It's cool. have someone take photos of you for us tearing it up on the dirt, ya?

Hey everyone I'd like to come but its so far from San Diego! If anyone wants to caravan up there from SD I'd probly consider going. Anyone wanna go?

i'm sure we can plan another meet, i had something in mind that i think you guys would like if we can get enough people. i was thinking of cruising up pch around malibu. maybe pull off and get some good pics by the ocean.

hhmm...... Those places I have never been before. When? Fall and Winter are coming. Spring?

maybe we should start a poll to see what works for most people. i would lean maybe towards sometime in november or january since december is a really hectic month for everyone.

reason i suggested malibu is cause when i had an srt4, we did a cruise up pch to oxnard and we had an assload of srt's with us. i'm guessing probably between 30-50 and it was cool seeing a bunch of the same cars cruising together. after the cruise we went to a guy's house and had a bbq/install party. maybe we can find like a state park or something and have a little bbq after the cruise. just throwing out the idea.

Sounds good then. Looks like I might either dope myself on energy drinks for the ride home after, or I might look into getting a room and staying the night there or around. Now I HAVE to bring someone. Cuz staying in a room out of town as a loner kinda blows.

I've yet to go to a meet. Once I got on this website and noticed that you guys get together it has been on my to do list. I can just imagine a bunch of celica's driving down the street, people in other cars and on the sidewalk stairing at us....

Put me down as a for sure maybe, I should have a definite answer in the VERY near future.

Now I gotta go into the Maybe Category. Need money for my car to be fixed. Need front bumper and RH fender. :-(

i'll probably go tomorrow morning and i'll see if there are some fenders n bumpers for us that way you wouldn't have to worry about shipping too much

Hey, I really appreciate that. A guy has a remanufactured bumper for $120, $79 for the shipping. Not sure if that is a good route or not. I need to get this thing going. The look of my RH projector would give me a problem driving at night. Thank God I ordered that new upper radiator support bar.
