looks like a good parts car. Is that a highly desirable 2post spoiler for a coupe?

I called about that car about a month ago. It has no title, and seems a little shaddy. I passed because i don't want to turn to my garage into a chop shop for stolen cars.

i looked at it its garbage it had a hack job on the front end one hole half of the front. he wont part it out.
