k so as u guys may know i was worried when a flash camera flashed when i turned right on red near my workplace ....
later finding out it wasnt a no turn on red sign and that i didnt get ticketed....
so later last week , knowing the camera is just bull****, i turned right on red again and i got flashed,,,driving home thinking that cameras retarded and doesnt work.
then i get a ticket for that ****! it says failure to stop at red light.
im going to contest this to see the video footage, as with pics i really cant tell but wow im just so appaled by how STUPID this ticket is....

From what I understand, the sensor that is aimed at the right turn lane does not activate the camera if you had made a full stop before the limit line & then proceeded through the red light after checking for cross traffic. If you rolled through & over/past the limit line without a complete stop, then the is camera activated...

I know that in LA County, the fine is approximately $356. This might vary slightly by County.

just because CA is in a defecit doesnt mean i need to get a 400 DOLLAR TICKET for having to come to a COMPLETE stop in which in my head i STOPPED to check the intereserction
i stopped and saw that no car was going, so i went.
would i be able to sue the city back for wasting my time for a retarded ticket? i mean actually catch people that are speeding or driving drunk for christs sake!

my friend was also telling me that next time the camera flashes, i should crash the car right after so that i can sue the city that they gave me a seizure and made me lose control thus getting a new car.

i know some of u guys always joke just because of my username, let me know in an UNBIAS way please.
i mean ive been a law abiding drivier, sticking to the speed limit and then this ****!
