Looking for a trunk mat/carpet in nice shape. Grey or black. Please post or PM with picture and price. Thanks. Also interested in a trunk mat in poor shape that I can use as a patttern to make my own, if it's basically free.

I don't remember what the insulation looks like. If it's just the regular fiber/jute back stuff like on the interior carpet, leave it alone. Only remove it if it's some god-awful heavy sound deadener, like the tar-type pieces they put in some places. I don't think they put that stuff on the carpet, I think they normally glue it to the sheetmetal.
