What's up everyone, It's me again getting ready for round 2 of the succesful "tri-city" meet. For those of you that don't know what I'm talking about or didn't attend 2008's Tri-City meet let me explain. All of SoCal as well as people that make the drive from NorCal and other states come together her in Southern California for a full day's worth of meets, cruises, photoshoots and FOOD. It's a great way to see many cars all in one shots and meet new people and maybe come out of this with new friends.

......Here is a link to last years thread with pics towards the final pages so u can get a better idea what I'm talking about:

http://www.honda-tech.com/showthread.php?t...hlight=tri+city

As you can see, the meet was succesful with no problem from local police. People were on their best behavior and I myself met a lot of cool new people.

All Tuners Welcomed (Hondas, Toyotas, Nissans, Mazda etc etc)

This thread will start as a planning thread to gather ideas from attendees and once things get planned out it will turn into "official" thread with information and a roster.

So fellow 6gc members. what time are you guys arriving at. Sallica said he might make it. he said 50% chance he might make it. Urbandork pm'ed me asking where and when. i gave him link to this meet and he hasn't responded yet. also txted him. hopefully his fone # hasn't changed. and i also asked a few other members that live in so cal. sent them pm's, but no reply yet.

i was looking on here and there are quite a few of 6gc members that live in Souther California. i was quite suprised. but none of them are ever online. i just pm'ed a few other so cal members. hopefully we can get more to come! we gotta represent 6gc ya know!

How was this meet?

I had been out of work and basically poor since the first week of february and had no gas money to make it.

Not only that, but my phone was out of service.

=(

it was blehh. kinda sucked. too many hondas. they think they are the **** with their vtec engines. i saw a couple of mr2 at autobacs and a supra, couple s2k's and some other cars. but Majority like 90% were civics integra/rsx. went towards san pedro and the address they posted was wrong. ended up finding some civic followed them to the spot but not all of the cars were there. i guess they ended up leaving to L.A. i didn't go to big boys place in la.

I just ended up cruising in san pedro through some canyon like roads. (that was the only fun part of the day)

Im glad i have a 6gc smile.gif even though at the moment its not so fast....
