I've bought a Celica in worse shape for $300. +1 Especially if you are just pulling good parts off of it - that is a perfect Lemons Race car - you could easily sell enough parts off of it to pay for any mechanical repairs you needed... plus some nice suspension bits - nothing beats flogging a car at speed on a track.
