basically I got another pair of 501 bulb holders from the scrap yard. Drilled 2 holes in the inner units (high beam) units. tapped the parking light circuit and hey presto.

hey bro. have a look closely @ my headlights. On actual left (right in pic) side, drill 9 oclock. on right side (left on pic), drill 3 oclock. You will see where the light coms from.

i tried this as well and it came out ok. debating if i want to change to led bulbs and if i want to do a different color than white.
