I've got interference in my speakers, a high pitch noise matching my cars rev's, I'm sure you know what I’m talking about. I remember from a long time ago, reading that its something to do with the cables being to close to one another, the problem I have is that my battery is in the trunk so I've got little room to move them.

could be a ground issue. Another thing to consider is what frquency your cell works on, as well as the service itself (3g/edge/cdma/evdo etc.) Edge and Evdo seem to effect the audio system and on occasion performance on 850mhz/ and 1900 mhz
