where I can find a turbo outlet flange for a garrett GT2252????
And I have searched high and low and haven't found on, and NO it is not the T25 size, I have one here and thought it was it but the one I need is just a hair smaller. here is a link to the dimensions for turbo That and I also need an adapter from the OEM fuel pump housings outlet, I think it is somethink like a male pipe fitting coming out of there to a -6AN male fitting, or even from the OEM fuel line in rear to go to a male -6an, so please help guys ![]() ![]() -------------------- If anyone is missing NASCAR and it's not on Speed Channel, take a fistful of Skittles, throw them in the toilet and hit the flush handle. garrett lists it as a T25.
chances are you have the wrong flange. all the gt"2" series are t25 flanged IIRC. -------------------- Former Team 5SFTE pro member ;)

well GT22xx is not, I am not trying to argue, but that is what I thought before and bought the t25 flange and it is a hair to big.
that is why I put up the spec chart on it with dimensions. it is just a few mm off.... And just to make sure, the inlet on the turbine side is T25, but the turbine outlet is 5 bolt, just a bit smaller than t25 5-bolt -------------------- If anyone is missing NASCAR and it's not on Speed Channel, take a fistful of Skittles, throw them in the toilet and hit the flush handle. just a comparison between what I have on my GT2252 - 452187-6 which is the same on the Garrett GT2259 - 452214-3
and dimensions from a Garrett GT2554R-471171-3 which is your typical t25/t28 style. HOPEFULLY SOMEONE CAN HELP ![]() ![]() So my turbo is smaller than t25/28 style but still bolts to t25 manifold, also kind of odd, but it uses GT20 style oil drain fitting, So i just like most thought t25 accessories would fit and now just have these parts and they don't fit.... Also flange is my biggest problem but does anyone make a fitting to go from the OEM fuel pickup to a -6AN fitting, the thing is I have all -6AN fuel lines and cannot connect it to my pump housing Thanks again for help guys and I just need this as I am so close to getting my celica running after being parked for 5 years this July with new paint and new rims.... SO can anyone help???? -------------------- If anyone is missing NASCAR and it's not on Speed Channel, take a fistful of Skittles, throw them in the toilet and hit the flush handle. Instant NASCAR!!!

ahh crap, i though you were talking inlet flange, not downpipe flange...lol
have you tried ATPturbo.com yet? we had the same type of issue with steff baby turbo when we did her 7a. the flange was a sabb style flange,(diffrent from what you have) we ended up having randy (97lestyousay) machine one for us. ::edit:: yours looks alot like this T3 outlet flange from ATP: http://www.atpturbo.com/mm5/merchant.mvc?S...y_Code=ATP-FLS2 -------------------- Former Team 5SFTE pro member ;)

And I have t25/T28 and T3 styles here, both are too bit, t3 is way to big, t25 bolt up to 2 of the bolts but won't work.... well this turbo is just listed by garrett to have a 5-bolt flange, the pics I posted lastr time of dimensions are from garretts website???? and to pittfirefighter what kind of flange is that that way I can search for dimensions that way I won't have to spend money on another flange just for it to sit here... EDIT:ok, it says that is a CT26 flange and I just found the dimensions and it is not near what I have dimension wise... thanks though, looked close at first. well just as more of an update as far as turbo flange goes.
I found an Ebay seller who had the gasket as well as correct oil drain for this turbo and he said he also has a CNC place that cuts him the flange so I should have one in about ~1.5-2 weeks. So if anyone else needs this garrett GT22 flange the Ebay seller in called: AUTHENTIC-BOOSTING So onto my other question, I need to get a fitting to go from my fuel pump pickup to -6an fuel line. this is a little different but just to illustrate the fitting I am trying to convert to -6AN ![]() circles in red it the OEM outlet, I also bought a new OEM line and have that fitting as well. I think it is either a tubing line like brake line or could be inverted flare, ANYONE KNOW WHICH ONE????? Also size???? Or can I just cut off the end and just slip the -6an fuel line over it with a couple hose clamps or would that leak? -------------------- If anyone is missing NASCAR and it's not on Speed Channel, take a fistful of Skittles, throw them in the toilet and hit the flush handle.
