 Where do i find this wire???, wire to connect to which says handbrake is on or off |

so i wired in my new headunit but some of the functions like tv and what not dont work while the headunit thinks the car is moving so where is the cable that says that the handbrake is on and could i connect it to just a constant 12v line so it thinks that is always on or would that not work?? any help greatly appreciated thanks
