I'm going to buy the game first, see if I like it, and then pick up a wheel. Or if I feel like I have loose change rattling around, I'll get it all at once...but I have a feeling that I won't.

please tell me this is coming out for 360, otherwise i'm going to have to kill myself. (or just sell my celica, buy a ps3, and then get gt5 and be all set! HA! not!)

Y'know, that wheel looks really cool to me. The things that bother me are that I'd have to get a cockpit for sure, so it would all get crazy expensive. Then I also wonder how good the "clutch" is anyway...I figure it can't really relegate a unique feel from each car, so I don't know if it's really worth it? Plus, there are some modern cars now with over 6 gears (SLS, for instance), so that would make the shifter useless.

Either way, I'm going to kick a puppy if November 2nd doesn't come soon. I want it.

If I wanted to get NASCAR experience, I'd just drag a Hot Wheel across the floor really fast in a circle. That's gotta be at least 300mph to scale, right?

Yeah hopefully.. I'd rather spend my time doing rallys and F1. I was sad with GT4 because there weren't as many rally races as there were in GT2, but it got traded off for the super awesome F1 car that made me a happy guy.

^ I can't wait to do some WRC stuff...but mostly, I can't wait to race 6GCers on the TG test track. I just can't wait.

That was such a great idea! I'm gonna scour the used section for a GT-Four. I had one in GT4 and it was a GREAT car. No street car was better than my Amuse S2000 GT1 though lol

Yeah me too. But imo, nothing beat the sound of that V12 TVR. Holy balls, that was scary. And I LOVED the AE86's idling sound! "wingawingawingawinga" hahaha
