Get the Supra, you can mod the hell out of it and it'll last forever. The M3 is a great car but will have more problems with age. The cost of upkeep is also high.

If both cars were stock, and the newest you could find, I belive the supra would be doing the licking. BMW does it right, you know what i mean?

Ur kidding right? A TT supra and a bmw M3....the BMW would have no freakin chance. both are inline 6 but the m3 has about 320hp stock, but after you add a few mods ur lookin at over 400 easy with the TT.

Altho, maybe i just have a special place in my heart for the supra...you kno, kinda a cousin to our celicas.

Oh, I fully side with you. I love the supra with all my heart. I would love to know which would outrun the other.

Just so you know BMW has more problems with their cars than Toyota does. If you look at the JD Powers Initial Quality Report number 1 is Lexus (owned by Toyota), number 2 is tied by Acura and Infinite and number 4 is Toyota. BMW isn’t even in the top ten if I remember correctly. Don’t get me wrong I like BMW, I even owned one but the cost to maintain the car is crazy. Also any time you need service you have to bring it to BMW. I'm not trying to start an arguement but a lot of people don't realize that BMW's quality isn't what it used to be. Sorry I really love the Supra, I was going to get one before I got my IS300 but couldn't find any that were in good shape.

Oh here's a link to a 902 rwhp Supra:

I dont know what there rwhp is but there probably close and i bet the BMW is atleast 1000 heavier.. they have so much extra electronics and difference comfort gadgets.. that could make a huge diffrence in stock racing..

We used to have a 86 Supra N\A at my house. It was my brothers first car. My dad said it was as fast or faster (keep in mind it was n\a) than his 69 SS 396! That is some power.
