so i've noticed that my car's top speed is NOT impressive, but it sure gets there fast. can you tell me what speeds are turning what RPM's and in what gear? my car does 40 at 2k in 5th gear, and 60 at 3k in 5th, but the other four gears feel like a close ratio race car shift feel

Mine is the same exact way. That's just how it is. The top speed (from what is says) is about 120mph

mine will hardly reach 115 anymore, but i assume that's from the torque oriented header and the fact that the car has 145000 miles with only one rebuild. but it reaches 100 right at 20 seconds.

you also have to factor in the diameter of your tires as that will also slightly change the final drive gear ratio...

and give you different speeds throughout your gears.

tires are 5% larger than stock recommended sizes.
