Like the title says ... I'm looking for a stock ST205 black leather shift knob (just the knob itself)
It has black stitching & the shift pattern on top, is relatively short.

Looks like this:

Want one in the same condition as the picture. Doesn't have to be brand new, just not worn out/cracked or crappy looking.

Post or PM with pics + price shipped to zip code 75006.

If you haven't already and isn't an issue I am almost certain you can find one from one of our UK boys who are a member of GT4OC.NET. It costs $35/yr to be a member, which isn't bad considering you get a discount through venders on the site. That is if this doesn't quite work out for you.

That's a pretty tall order. If you're lucky enough to find one for sale in that condition, it's going to be expensive. Probably easier and cheaper to get a trashed one and have it re-covered. But you lose the gear pattern.

Hey man, I have one that might be in even better shape than the one you have a picture of. It's at least as nice. I got my celica from a retired teacher who babied it and sold it to me. I swapped the knobs, so it barely saw any use on my end. Unfortunately for me, but good for you, my car was totaled two weeks ago. I am willing to let it go for $65 (shipping included). I can have a pic up by tomorrow if you are still interested. Let me know or else I will put it up as a regular post and others will want it.

forgmann, i'm interested in the red stitch knob --- how much are you looking to get for it?
the only prob with buying a minty fresh one from the dealer is the $130+ price tag ... was trying to save a few $$$

I have this exact shift knob in my GTS, except its in really rough shape.
Was there a difference in the shift knobs that came in a GT/ST and a Gt four?

^ Honestly I don't know.
All I know is the knob came in the 93-95 MR2 Turbo here in the US & overseas in the ST205.
