Im thinking about driving it to liz cousins grad party this weekend
I took her for a cruise this morning an i gotta say for as hard as it pulls under heavy throttle
It feels no different than the 5s at cruising speeds nice an smooth.
60 feels slow lol its got enough torque to pull her up to 60 in no time even at lower rpms
I love it lol

This looks like a neat little SCREAMER! I'd like to see how she pulls.

Question... has the engine weight differences thrown it's cornering off balance to much?

As of right now i dont know. But i dought it the weight difference from a fully dressed 5s to a strpped down 1mz isnt much. Im hoping to find somewhere close here soon to get her weighed to see what the difference is from stock

Yes im super happy with how well shes running
I gotta say im very. Surprised by smooth she feels
Under light throttle the 11mz doesnt feel any diffrent from the 5s.
But once you lean on the gas she starts to pull an right around 3200 she starts to pull even harder basically all the way to red line. I was doing about 20 in second gear an floored it an it felt like it was trying to rip the wheel out of my hands.
But on a really happen note( if its right) my obd scanner said i was averaging around 33mpg when i was cruising at 60mph
In the last 128 miles ive onlys used just over 1/4 of a tank
So far im loving it

Go to a metal scrapyard. Some of them have scales you can drive across, perfect for weighing your car.

You should auto-x both of the celicas and see which has a faster lap time

Oh damn! frown.gif Sorry to hear man, that is extremely rough. Im hoping this oil pan / axle contact happened after you pulled off and shut off the engine at least?

Bummer to see. frown.gif
