Do people actually break those other than the ball joints? I know I made my own for the rear, due to the way the awd is on my car, but it was just cut and weld really didn't use anything thicker than stock.

this was my impression too wink.gif i dont think there is anything on a car that cannot break. usually parts can wear out, flex, break etc. especially for old cars of 10 years + i think is good to refresh all suspension parts, stabilizers, sway bars, rod ends, lower arms etc.. especially for so small parts is good to put everything in one time instead of paying mechanics every time to make different work on your car.

Yeah, but the force is applied in compression and tension depending on which way the suspension is going. There really shouldnt be any force being applied in the x direction that would cause flexing/bending. I know thats not a perfect example, but seems like a lot of money for something you'll never ever notice over stock.

its one of those shiny things that gives you that aftermarket racing look that rise your psychology wink.gif like radiator caps from brands and oil caps and stuff tongue.gif
