 can't upload avatar |

I'm not sure why, but I can't upload an avatar picture. There is no where in my control panel. I go into "your control panel" and there is a place to add photos, but nothing says avatar. If I go into "your profile" still there is nothing that says avatar. I used to have a picture as my avatar a few years ago, but I never noticed that it disappeared until today.

I dont have a "My Controls" just "your profile" and "your control panel" and "logout". Anyone know why? I'd like to make an avatar. Thanks!
