I have my underplastics off because I was trying to locate an oil leak. We had a good rain and I drove to school then work, no issues.
When I go to leave work, i turn the car to the "on" position, and then it just turns off. Like someone disconnected the battery. Now I can't get power to it. it wont pop start either. I'm thinking something got wet that wasn't supposed to.... what do we think guys? -------------------- ![]() The question is not how far. check the fuses, you probably did short something, but it shouldnt have shorted that easily. look for damaged or bare wires or loose connectors.

ok i checked the fuses and they all look fine. Now the thing thats kind weird is I have no power to ANYTHING
I cant beep my alarm, lock the doors... when I turn the key to the "on" position, absolutely nothing happens.(ya know, normally the radio would come on and the idiot lights on the dash, but right now, nothing) I forgot to check the ones under the dash tho, i didnt think they would be my issue, but ill check them anyway, and give another look at the other ones. -------------------- ![]() The question is not how far. If you have no power to anything, forget under the dash.
Check the large fuses in the main relay block. They've got a clear top and look like boxes, they're not thin like normal fuses. -------------------- ![]() |

QUOTE(Rusty @ Apr 18, 2008 - 3:21 PM) battery? battery connections? x2; if no electrical component has any power, the i'd check the battery and connections. maybe you lost a connection off your battery while driving; it wouldn't interrupt your driving at all, but after you turned it off you'd be SOL. -------------------- QUOTE (presure2 @ Nov 6, 2010 - 6:16 AM) Via FB: fcuking awsome!!!
