It's actually a flare I believe, and from what I assume, it is equipped with every JDM car as a requirement. Must be one of Japan's standards...However when importing a car over to our side, they usually take this out.
The reason why I made the assumption above was because my friend just imported a JDM Del Sol and it too had one of those flares. |
