there's a sinch(sp) to install...
no needle removal required, and the only hard part is getting the reset trip needle in, and little needle stopers for the Tach and Speedo.

the gas and engine temp just have to both be facing the same way...and you have to remember where the gas was before, so you can set it afterwards...
generally some Double Sided Tape is required, to stop the gauges from sticking out too much, and preventing the needles from moving.
