I want to replace my stock tape player with the tape/CD combo, do I need a code ? is it different for all stereos ? Do I need to call the dealer ?

Maybe I should clarify, I want to replace my stock radio with a stock CD player. Will there be the code thing happening ?

I dont think so, try putting it in, and if it doesnt work call Toyota and ask them whats up.
