Red Line synthetic oil is the only way to go. It is some awesome stuff but it is hella-expensive.

EDIT: Royal Purple is pretty good as well.

Its really not that bad. Its expensive compared to the 'others' but when you consider you'll probably only change it once or twice in the time you have the car, its not bad at all. Its about $25 everytime you change it.

...or Amsoil Synthetic, sure they're more expensive, but so is a new transmission, They dont make our cars any more, so use the best stuff you can find to help keep it going, (not to mention some slight performance gains from synthetics).

Go here for an online lookup:

Amsoil lookup site

But if you are thinking about going with Amsoil, I'd appreciate you linking through my site to order:

My Amsoil Webpage

go here, click on link to buy from Amsoil store, then on: " New AMSOIL Oil Filter & Air Filter Search " at bottom of page, gives filter part numbers and factory recommended lubricants
