I have heard that tire life of yokos isn't that good. Kind of like super swamper TSLs great for traction but for daily driver use not so good. Correct me if i have bee misinformed.

I've had some of these on for about a year. Treadwear is listed at about double what my old Bridgestone RE71s were, and I believe it. I'm very pleased with the ES100 tires overall; pretty quiet, they grip well, no complaints.
Installing them sucked though, sidewalls were really stiff. |

From what I have heard, they are great tires. But you can get them cheaper at tirerack. I was looking at getting a set of them. Also read the reviews on tirerack about them.
