Does anyone have pics of the tein s-tech springs on thier cars with 17's ? I just bought some off of ebay and I wanted to see the drop they give.

I bought mine from the same guy last week. Be prepared for slow shipping. He does give a traking number though.

They are due at my house by may 5th. It took him 4 days to get them to ups. I think he puts the springs up for auction before he actually has the springs in his possession. Don't worry though my friend bought springs from him for his eclipse and he got got them. For the price I paid he can take all the time he wants

actually, i believe that pic of for the full coilover set Tein has for $1300-1500...it's straight from the website, under the top right category of springs.

I just finshed putting the front ones on and they are definatly stiffer springs. I measure the drop though and it's not 1.4 inches like they said on the box. It's not even an inch drop. I know they will settle though. Well I've got to go back out to the garage and put the rears on now.

This is a pic of the front driver's side. Please overlook all the dust and dirt. I drove 83 miles on them today,mainly on curvy country roads. They handle alot better than stock. They also ride almost as comfortable as stock.They also leveled the car out. With that said, I don't like them. I say this because if I hadn't been the one who stayed up all night putting these things on, i really wouldn't have noticed that it was lowered. I will be probably be ordering sportlines later this week. I will give these springs a few more days though to see if I start to like them.

I put mine tiens on over the weekend and i love them ! It took me 2 1/2 hours to install.... My car sits nice and handles great.

I use meguires... I think thast how you spell it ? boy I wish I had a spell checker.... QT you'll have close to the same drop with stock wheels... ur wheels are smaller but ur tires are bigger. My wheels are bigger but my tires are smaller. So it roughly that same gap difference DEF -------------------- I will return one day. |
