any know where i can get my hands on the front and rear jdm valences for my st-202 99?

Do you mean the extensions for the front and rear? If so, you can contact chrisc on these forums. He sells the extensions, and many people are happy with him.

They're replicas, and I think they go for $180 for a pair for the front or rear. I'd ask chrisc to be sure though. -------------------- New Toyota project coming soon...
