im trying to use the 3sgte AC compressor with my 98 6th gen. the problem im having is that there are 2 AC lines that hook into the comp. the lines from my car are 10mm bolts, but the ones on the 3sgte compressor are 12mm. any tips on how i can make this work?

you can try making your own lines just got to a hardware store witht he lines.. and have them bend them and put new 12mm on the end of them..

I'm not exactly sure, but I thought you were supposed to use the GT A/C compressor?

Like I said, i'm not sure, cause I personally took out the AC

the gt compressor dosnt bolt up right to the motor.


i was thinking of drilling through the 10mm bolt holes to make them 12mm.

Thats what i would personnaly say, just make sure you dont make the walls to thin, cause the slightist bit of trq will crack, an then you would be fugged...

I used my gt compressor, fit up ok. You might want to try that again.
