i was doing a lil seach on the forum and wut i noticed was that doing a 3sgte swap into a ST will be a much more difficult and costly swap...mostly because St has diffierent motor mounts and not strong enough tranny,...now considering all that would it be best for me to purchas a Mr2 clip instead since it comes with a stronger tranny

Either that or get a GT tranny.
Its not that the 7a tranny isnt strong enough, it simply wont bolt up...and yeah its weak also.

It won't be much more difficult and costly. More like needing different parts that are basically bolt on. Yeah the motor mounts won't work but getting new ones is sometimes better...so your motor is mounted more strongly.

For the tranny, a lot of swappers had their 5SFE tranny blow or just didn't want to use the weaker tranny and swapped to a camry or MR2 tranny. Therefore I would say the 5SFE can possibly be not strong enough, depending on certain situations.

Sorry for hijacking but you say mounts

I thought it was only the passenger side mount that was different ?

you will also need the axle bracket for this swap.
