 Help! Good ground for Indiglo Dials |

Hi! I just received my Indiglo dials. Could anyone of you advice me for a good ground connection (not including the chassis)?

This is what I did. If you look to the left of the clutch pedal, you'll see a plastic piece between the firewall and the door. I took that off and screwed into the metal behind it to ground my gauges. It's nice because the plastic piece covers it.

You can use the radio's ground but because the gauges have a transformer there is a chance you can cause noise in the stereo.
The eaisest way is to crimp a ring terminal on the end of the ground wire and use a self-tap screw to the firewall or kick panel. Just clean off all the paint first. |
