in dash computer/monitor?, like the one on pimp my ride Options

normally i dismiss most of the things they do on pimp my ride and dont look back however when they bought that scion for that kid and started playing with the in dash computer and monitor that was like a navigation/tv tuner/am,fm,xm radio tuner/dvd player/ whatever else it did all on one screen and all touch screen it caught my intrest my older neighbor who as an accord has the navigation system and its just cool as heck! i was just wondering if any of you guys knew about ne thing like this cause i really havent been able to find ne thing really on the internet thanks!!

Other alternatives you can get are a flip out screen from the place where the head unit is. Basically, an indash computer is a lot of work, and unless you do something totally custom with your own sweat and blood- horribly expensive too

Flip out touchscreens dont even sell for less than 1200 last I checked.
