If anyone has used Bondo have you had this issue. Look at the pics of my car before in my profile. Im now deployed in Iraq, been here all summer, mife wife told me that with the 98* temp and humidity in North Carolina the Bondo is cracking. Ever here of this? and what can i do....

sand it down with 80 grit buy some light weight spot putty(everlast is better than bondo) fill in the cracks. or sand it all down and start over with everlast dont make it thick(best method last longer). also what is cracking, what parts

did you try to bondo over holes? if so, it doesn't work.

i used it on fiberglass, to fill some small holes, but it cracked when i tried to use it on a plastic sunroof visor.. im gonna have to find something else for that. i want my sunroof visor molded with the car. any ideas

Bondo is the worst. Always use a fiberglass strand based filler, applying layers at a time to compensate for shrinkage.
