you'll pretty much have to make it yourself, you can buy a kit at places like autozone or whatever...its pretty simple, very basic wiring, if you need some help feel free to hit me up on AIM, i can help you out, i made a harness for my fogs not that long ago...

they have fog light wiring harnesses at autozone. the full kit..with diagrams.
