Ok i don't know where i came up with this idea but what would happen if i took like THREE vavle cover gaskets and layered them on the engine....what would happen...compression? torque? i have no clue

Your valve cover gasket just keeps the oil in the head. It really doesnt have anything to do with compression or engine performance. As for HEAD gaskets you would probably FUBAR your motor. Everything internal is measured and made precise for a reason. You may want a second opinion on this but I am sure that it wouldn't be a good idea.

They make copper headgaskets that are thicker, and it would lower compression. Id imagine that they make them for our cars as well. Its an easy way to lower compression if you want to turbo your motor without boosting high.

if you lose compression you lose power, it wouldnt be much (i'd imagine) but lost anyway. That turbo compresses and makes power. But NA setups use high compression pistons to make more power. Your low compression pistons would make less power but are needed w/ your turbo
