WERD! eBay - Mastergrade - set of 4 drilled / slotted Brembo discs for ST or GT for under $200 + shipping. FYI: My set-up (that is, I've ordered it all but waiting for it all to arrive) - 4 Brembo discs (as above); - EBC GreenStuff front; - EBC Reg90 back. BTW: If you have more money to spend then I suggest you look into KVR discs and pads. |

would you be able to get just slotted? Cross-drilled and slotted seems like it is a waste of money (too much pad wear, too little stoppage difference)

Only slotted will give it more wear. The Cross-drilled will jsut cool it down. Slotted gives it a extra bit. Where cross-drilled just cools it more. That's what I heard.

when searching on ebay just type in "94 celica" and you will get a nice list, mostly lights but some other good stuff, too.

When you press your brakes the friction from the brake pads causes a gas to build up between the pad and rotor causing poor braking. If you have drilled rotors then the holes give a place for the gas to escape and also helps with cooling the pads. If you have slotted, the slots lift the pad up and scoops all the gas out causing even better braking and cooling of the pads. Throw them together and they create awesome braking power, or not. In theory they would, but i don't know from experience.

No, your rotors just slide off. It might take a little muscle, depending on where you live and how much rust is on them. If they were hubbed, it would be easier to change the front bearings.

from what i have heard, crossdrilled are a little more effective for cooling than slotted. the crossdrilled aren't quite as long lasting as slotted though. but i don't think that would really matter unless you are strictly racing.
crossdrilled just look so sweet though. i think that is what i would go with. |

Just curious. If i got all 4 rotors, all i would need is the caliper and the back plait to make my car 4wheel disk?

Well think about it. What do you need to change to get disks. :Get calipers, rotors, and the back plait. They both bolt in the same position, and I would think they both used the same lines. Honestly, you know Toyota didn't use different lines for Gt's and St's. They tend to be pickey cars, but not that pickey.
