I found this thing on Ebay....but not sure about that....so anyone here know what is this and how much horsepower and torque will gain if i put it on my 94 Celica ST??

repost... sorta... dont buy it. Its crap and wont work..... electric, and forced induction dont work.

These don't work very well. I bought one, and now all I use it for is a fan when I get hot in the summer time.
